JT Schmid’s was established in 1997 and has become "Orange County’s finest Brewhouse, Steakhouse and Clubhouse!" We take great pride in offering a delicious selection of our handcrafted microbrews, steaks, pasta, pizza and salads. We’re California casual, but our commitment to quality food and outstanding service is world-class.

We take pride in our brewing process and delicious food and have displayed our brewery and kitchen so that you might enjoy watching our Chef and Brew master as they carefully work their magic.
